I am developing instruments for the measurement and improvement of entrepreneurial behaviour in firms. Such behaviour- corporate entrepreneurship- is the process by which employees conceive, foster, launch and manage new business ideas inside the firm. It leverages the company’s assets, market knowledge, capabilities and expertise as well as the role of trust of each employee. My projects focus on corporate entrepreneurship, start-ups and growth, academic spin-offs and regional innovation systems and regional entrepreneurship.
