DESCRIPTION
Since 2001, Markus Seitz has been the Director of Studies for the Executive MBA in General Management at the University of St.Gallen (HSG), one of the leading Executive MBA Programmes in the German-speaking part of Europe. As part of his work as Director of Studies, he developed a core interest in participant acquisition, selection and career coaching. Exclusively for the Executive MBA Programme, he designed an assessment procedure - including an online assessment and personal feedback session - in order to identify candidates who possess the core competencies and the potential to successfully complete the training programme along with developing into role models of effective leadership.
Markus Seitz earned a degree in Business Administration and obtained his doctorate on the conceptual idea of hierarchy. His main research interests are in the field of executive education, human resource management, leadership, and organizational studies.
From 2000 to 2002, he successfully worked as the co-founder of a local youth broadcasting station, which included the development of a musical strategy, the establishment of an editorial staff as well as his founding leadership role as the "Head of Music."
