DESCRIPTION
Dr. Atilla Höfling is a research associate at the Psychological Department of the University of Würzburg. He teaches courses on emotion, motivation and experimental research methods. His main research interests (amongst others) are: interplay between motivational states and affective information processing, the development and maintenance of eating disorders like anorexia nervosa or obesity, and the mental mechanisms underlying moral judgments and behavior.
Dr. Atilla Höfling ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Psychologischen Institut der Universität Würzburg. Er unterrichtet Kurse in den Themenbereichen Emotion, Motivation und experimentelle Forschungsmethoden. Seine Forschungsinteressen umfassen unter anderem das Zusammenspiel motivationaler Zustände und affektiver Informationsverarbeitung, die Entstehung und Aufrechterhaltung von gestörtem Essverhalten (z.B. Anorexie und Adipositas), sowie die mentalen Mechanismen, die moralischen Urteilen und Verhalten zugrunde liegen.
