Alexander Schicker

DESCRIPTION

Alexander Schicker is a research associate at the Chair for Innovation and Technology Management at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich (ETH Zurich). His research focuses on the financial assessment of in- and out-licensing deals in drug discovery and includes evaluating the merger and acquisitions and alliance activities between the biotech and the pharmaceutical industry and the valuation of biotechnology companies and their R&D projects. Mr. Schicker has worked in various aspects of the banking industry, mainly in finance and portfolio management. He has a B.Sc and M.Sc. in biotechnology from ETH and passed a tree levels of the CFA Program.
